Housing Crisis Spreads Globally

The housing crises that started in America is starting to show up in Europe. Irish homes have dropped significantly, and some estimate they are still 30% overvalued. In India, some home prices are down 20%. Some think since stock markets are declining in developing countries, home prices are also declining. Spain has had the most housing growth in the last decade, and speculators are trying to exit the housing market.
